The contact searching function does not function correctly. It will not find contacts frequently when searching by name. I have to search by number to find them.

The ability to view message reports info in the Sakari dashboard without downloading files. Some stats about sent/received sms, errors summary, costs and other, would be very helpful.

Access to a report on the open rates and reply rates of all the SMS sent. It should be possible at least for the reply rates, as it requires simply to see the pourcentage of replies out of all the SMS sent.

We would like to see our texting reports - how many texts we send out vs how many customers respond and response rates

Is there a way to see that a text message has been read vs only sent or delivered? If not, I feel that would help out a lot

Add HubSpot timeline events on Deal and Ticket Records.

Users want the ability to search for a message in the inbox with a particular word or phrase in it.

There should be an option to create tickets for contacts that all team members can collaborate with, so that any member can review the ticket and notes associated with a contact and address a specific issue

The ability to add 2FA to users' login

Inside of Hubspot SMS there's no way to drag and drop images. I have to upload them from a folder on my computer. That's a really inconvenient and slow process to send multiple images.
