Add HubSpot timeline events on Deal and Ticket Records.

The ability to view message reports info in the Sakari dashboard without downloading files. Some stats about sent/received sms, errors summary, costs and other, would be very helpful.

Templates that are made in sakari should also be avaliable in hubspot

We would like to see our texting reports - how many texts we send out vs how many customers respond and response rates

Users want the ability to search for a message in the inbox with a particular word or phrase in it.

Is there a way to see that a text message has been read vs only sent or delivered? If not, I feel that would help out a lot

Some users have reported wanting to sort messages by unread first, rather than chronologically.

Make Sent SMS a HubSpot Activity Type. This will display sent messages on the contact record timeline in HubSpot, and log them as an activity. This will update the HubSpot last activity date property, and also allow users to create HubSpot dashboard reports based on SMS activity.
