Sakari is NOT user friendly app. No emojis to use while texting, I can't change the msg to unread, I cannot type a long msg, no Samsung app available, plus I have to keep refreshing the screen for new msgs. What is your solution PLEASE

Add a page that we can make updates to to present issues customers are facing and link to that rather than having everyone email in.

Make Sent SMS a HubSpot Activity Type. This will display sent messages on the contact record timeline in HubSpot, and log them as an activity. This will update the HubSpot last activity date property, and also allow users to create HubSpot dashboard reports based on SMS activity.

Templates that are made in sakari should also be avaliable in hubspot

I want to change the sender's name but obviously I can't. How to do it?

When HubSpot contacts merge, Sakari currently doesn't remap to the newly merged contact.

The ability to view message reports info in the Sakari dashboard without downloading files. Some stats about sent/received sms, errors summary, costs and other, would be very helpful.

Ability to see an errors list without having to download the whole report (new interface)
