When we run out of credit, we'd like to see the messages that are on hold, and be able to individually cancel them. This will give us more opeartional freedom. Sometimes we initiate SMS campaigns in HubSpot with a fixed SMS budget (let's say $1000). When we use up that budget we'd like to cancel all the messages on hold from that campaign, the ones that didn't get sent, so that we can resume sending other type of SMSs, like our transactional SMSs.
