Currently Sakari Link Tracking only shows you how many clicks a link has in Sakari, but it's useful to be able to see which contacts clicked the link, especially for smaller campaigns.

Can you make contacts remain in Alphabetical order by last name or enable me to filter in that way?

The current process for contact validation is that Sakari sends an outbound message, and if it's a landline we'll flag it as such. An alternative could be options to validate a contact at the creation stage, and an option to perform a bulk validation on existing contacts.

If a custom property in HubSpot is case-sensitive matching a custom attribute in Sakari contacts when the contacts sync from HubSpot to Sakari add the custom attribute value.

A group text is a message sent to multiple recipients that appears in a group thread where all recipients can see each other's replies.

Currently, 'blocking' a contact prevents Sakari Users from sending any further messages to said contact however this doesn't prevent messages from being received. It would be helpful if 'Blocking' a contact prevents all messages (both received + sent), prevent messages through any Integration (e.g. HubSpot Inbox), & stop any Sakari received notifications from triggering for blocked contacts.

Ability to upload a contact list for opted-out contacts to ensure they do not get messaged.

Add a built-in forms tab in Sakari, allowing users to create custom forms for collecting contacts directly.

There's no option in Zapier for us to add/update the custom attribute here in Sakari. There are "tags" but tags can't be used as a filter contacts and it's not coming out too in Contact's settings

Add ability to set a contact to be opted out of communications via the API. This could be added to the contacts update endpoint https://developer.sakari.io/docs#operation/contacts.update or could be its own endpoint.
