Implementing Apple Business Chat to send customer messages in iMessage format (blue message bubble)

It would be nice if I could insert UTM link parameters, including source, medium, campaign, term, and content. Currently this is supported but they have to be included in the long url directly.

When filtering views of the inbox, it seemed to only show either all messages or archived messages. Will there be a way to filter by a contact list? For example, if we send a message to a specific group of 500 people, specifically filter the inbox view to only show those 500 contact’s responses.
