Having a way to mute or limit the frequency of receiving error code emails. Or even setting the error type to alert you only for certain countries. For example I get a lot of the email message for CONV-003 and it's due to the system trying to send to a country we don't service.

Users can choose to receive notifications from a Sakari Group only between certain hours or at a certain time (based on that Group's 'office hours' setting?).

"We only have 3 employees and are all using the same number. Is there a way we can set it up when we only get an email notification when we are the contact owner in Hubspot? Right now, we are all getting notifications when someone sends to text to the shared number."

User's with multiple accounts would find it easier to manage their SMS Notifications for received messages if they included the name of the account as well.

When you log into multiple accounts in the Sakari app you can't tell which accounts have unread messages. it would be nice to show each account's number of total unread messages so that when managing multiple accounts you can save time.

There has to be an Unread notification for inbound text messages. A business does other things than refresh their screens all day to see if there are new messages. Working with a team, we need a visual push notification that says there are new messages just like what any phone app does when you receive texts. Having options that each user can change for their needs just makes sense. Therefore, it is crucial to allow read/unread automatically to be preference or setting. Please consider the needs for larger teams. We also need to know which team member answered the text. Just seeing a reply doesn't help us work smoothly as a team.
