Customers that use Zapier want to be able to use their custom attribute information in the automated process of creating new Sakari contacts There is a 'tags' part but not custom attributes.

There is a great integration with Slack, and would like to see this functionality in Microsoft Teams as well.

We would like to connect to the Zoho integration without using Zapier if possible.

Create an integration with HighLevel to be able to send and receive SMS with Sakari

Having to leave the Aircall app and dashboard to send messages isn't helpful. Using contact from Aircall from incoming sales call is not helpful in anyway. I cannot see the benefit, unless you are messaging saved contacts.
