Can we send PDF Files as an attachment.

When I try to import a Twilio number the system only allows me to search the specific page I am on. When the user has a high volume of Twilio numbers, it takes a while to find the specific number.

Currently, we have many different opt-in keywords for different promotions. We would like to have the ability to opt-out of specific promotions/marketing.
