Currently, we have many different opt-in keywords for different promotions. We would like to have the ability to opt-out of specific promotions/marketing.

With the various use cases, especially messages involving appointments or subscriptions, it would be good to allow customization of opt-out language to exclude "cancel" or "unsubscribe," for example.
