We would like to see our texting reports - how many texts we send out vs how many customers respond and response rates

Some users have reported wanting to sort messages by unread first, rather than chronologically.

Give customers visibility to the suspended messages queue, and allow them to clear it out themselves if desired.

We sometimes receive sensitive personal information through text from customers. Is there a way to permanently delete a text message? Can we automate the deletion based on some criteria?

Easier view of templates. Also able to make folders for templates.
