Is there a way to see that a text message has been read vs only sent or delivered? If not, I feel that would help out a lot

so all the users in a company won't have to pick their names in order to see their respective inbox. anyone can set a DEFAULT owner and simply see messages meant for them.

I see that you have partially added back the Unread feature from V1. However, working with a team, we need messages not to be marked as read automatically. It needs to be a MANUAL process for us. We understand that smaller companies may not agree. Therefore, it is crucial to allow read/unread automatically to be preference or setting. Please consider this for larger teams.

I would like to split screen and shrink sakari down to 1/4th the screen but still be able to see who texts and what was said.

Add Image Media Folder for Customers. This would allow customers to easily host images or files for sharing in their text messages.
