I'd like to be able to parse the total number of messages sent and to total received and the total cost to send/receive them on each contact. This would be very helpful in cost tracking, determining ROI, and cost per client.

I think the best option here would be able to have this data available in a report which allowed you to query the cost/ROI over a specific period (rather than just a sum since "beginning of time").
