Improved UI Error Messages and Delivery Status Feedback

Improved UI Error Messaging:
When an SMS fails to send due to issues like "Provider is not enabled for destination country," the current error message is unclear and does not provide actionable guidance. It would be very helpful if the error message included specific instructions or troubleshooting steps, such as:
- Checking if the destination country is enabled in the phone number settings.
- A direct link to the relevant configuration settings or help documentation.
Delivery Status Feedback:
SMS delivery status should be more transparent and consistent across platforms:
- Introduce a status icon system (similar to WhatsApp’s blue checkmarks) that indicates whether an SMS has been sent, delivered, or failed.
- Ensure that these status updates are also reflected correctly in integrated applications like HubSpot. For instance, messages currently show as "QUEUED" in HubSpot, even when they have been sent. This should be updated to show "SUCCESSFUL" or "DELIVERED" based on the actual status.
- Maintain consistent visibility of these statuses across Sakari and connected platforms to avoid confusion.
