Currently, every time we sync users from HubSpot, automated emails are triggered to all users involved, including our CEO and other senior leadership. To avoid this, our only alternative is to add users manually, which isn’t scalable.

A potential solution would be to introduce a simple Yes/No field within HubSpot that controls sync eligibility. With this field in place, the sync process could be refined to include only records marked “Yes,” allowing admins to manage which users are synced while preventing unnecessary notifications to those who shouldn’t be included.

This feature would add meaningful value to both HubSpot and Sakari admins by streamlining user management and reducing friction for executive users.
