Feature Requests

Option to have Support Team review 10DLC before submitting to carriers. After completion have a submit now or send for review option. The send for review can have a warning this could delay the process. This would alleviate rejections and support tickets to investigate

All conversations need to identify which team member or sakari login/user has replied to a message. Unless you only have one person that replies to every message this feature would be critical. The automatic logging of this in a CRM like PipeDrive would be awesome. Notice in the attachments how I know on the right side which user replied back to our customer on the left. It shows the Name or says You if I sent it. The other attachment shows the visual notification that there is a new or unread message

An easier efficient way to preschedule individual text messages with out creating independent lists.

Clicking on the Sender in a Group should take you to the page for that Sender. Clicking on a Group in Senders should take you to that Group.
