All conversations need to identify which team member or sakari login/user has replied to a message.  Unless you only have one person that replies to every message this feature would be critical.  The automatic logging of this in a CRM like PipeDrive would be awesome.  Notice in the attachments how I know on the right side which user replied back to our customer on the left.  It shows the Name or says You if I sent it. The other attachment shows the visual notification that there is a new or unread message
